Thinking of obtaining a Real Estate license?
Your first step is to complete the education requirements as outlined by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. We offer a tutoring program to use in conjunction with the study at home courses. Our tutoring classes run from 4-7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in six week sessions. Call us for our current schedule. If you opt for the study at home program, we recommend VanEd.

Once your course work is completed, you must pass an exam consisting of a State and National test with a grade of 75% or better. To make a reservation for your real estate examination, call Promissor's Candidate Care Center at 1-800-274-0828.
