Shannan Zitney recently made a professional move from RE/MAX Town and Country (formerly Maggi Town and Country) in Berthoud to the RE/MAX Action Brokers at Centerra in Loveland. She still resides in Berthoud with her husband and two children. She has been a part of the Berthoud community as a resident and local agent since 2001.
Shannan is a committed agent who enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. The breadth of knowledge and integrity that she brings to the relationships with her clients is exceptional. She is well informed of the local market and unique programs that serve Northern Colorado, such as the USDA Rural Development Program.
