Personal Bio
Buying a home is a major and very personal decision. I will give you the time and attention you need to make that decision. I have always enjoyed looking at real estate and feel that over time I have learned to understand what makes a home fit the needs of home owners.
Selling a home can be very stressful. I have the ability to highlight the major selling points of a home and can use that to market it effectively. I also have studied and analyzed what can make a home sell and can offer great advice on how to prepare your home to get the best offer and get it quick.
My focus is on customer service and to make the transition when buying or selling go as smoothly as possible.
I was born and raised in New Mexico. I owned my own boutique for ten years and learned a great deal from that experience. I know the value of hard work and will work hard for all of my clients. I graduated from the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate. I have been awarded the National Association of REALTORSŪ (NARīs) Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. Ed and I moved to Colorado nearly ten years ago and are proud to call it home. We have two wonderful kids and a wonderful son in law. Breanne is going to nursing school. Hunter is in the third grade. Erich is studying to become an elementary school teacher.
