BIO
Greg Smith is a 4th generation native of northern Colorado. His Colorado roots run deep in Real Estate as well. His great-grandfather opened the first Real Estate office in Windsor nearly a century ago. Yes, you could say Greg has seen countless changes and growth here in colorful Colorado over the years.
As Director of the Commercial Division of RE/MAX Action Brokers, he oversees a fine group of his fellow commercial brokers. Greg strives to provide them with guidance, leadership, as well as important information about the current state of northern Colorado´s economy and commercial Real Estate market.
Greg´s experience in commercial Real Estate includes; office leasing and sales, land development, water transactions, industrial leasing & sales, multi-family properties, retail leasing and urban redevelopment projects.
Prior to his Real Estate career, Greg´s life was the cattle business where he ran a 15,000 acre, 400 head purebred cattle ranch. He still maintains a small herd of purebred Angus cows, which provide a great sense of pride and enjoyment for him and his family.
Greg´s time away from Real Estate includes keeping up with his very active family, black and white photography, golf, gardening, coaching youth baseball and attending countless football and basketball games of his alma mater, Colorado State University.
